Step 1: Create Your Account (Before January 14th)

  • Be sure you have an account with Sawyer, our registration platform
  • Add your children and payment method to your profile
  • This saves precious time on registration day!

Step 2: Plan Your Summer (Use This Tool!)

  • Browse camps and add favorites to "My Summer Plan" below
  • If you have multiple children, tag each camp with your child's name
  • Add notes to track first choices and backups
  • Email your plan to yourself, a partner, or a friend to coordinate camps together
  • Print your plan (or save as PDF) to have it ready on registration day

Step 3: Register (January 14th at 11:00 AM)

  • Use a computer (not mobile) for best results
  • Refresh your browser at 11:00 AM until camps populate
  • Cart Timer: You have 10 minutes to checkout once camps are in your cart. If you don't complete checkout within 10 minutes, camps will be automatically removed
  • Have backup options ready - popular camps sell out quickly!
